The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is one of the most favorite pet dogs that are liked by many families. This is because it is the cutest, well behaved and obedient dogs. This breed is good with kids as well as elders. However one needs to train them properly from the very beginning especially when they are puppies.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is very energetic dogs and likes to chase little birds and small animals wherever they find them. So if you do want them to do that every time you need to train them accordingly. Take them out for a regular walk and try to play with them. This is a must for make this pet industrious. Otherwise it will continue to be home-sick.
These dogs can be easily trained to do some common home works and also doing exercises. They may prove to you much useful at times. Be sure to train them for eating food on time, going to bathroom etc.
Do not leave small children in front of these dogs without training them. If you introduce these pets with your family members, to play with children then they can be your greatest companion.
If you like hunting then you will be pleased to know that that these spaniel breeds can be trained for hunting also. You can take them out for it. But be sure to keep an eye on them. They are not muscular and so they may get hurt on minor accidents. So be careful while training them for such things.
